Free UK Delivery
We can only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery is free, however, we cannot deliver to the following postcodes: (BT), (KW), (IV4, IV6), (IV14 to IV28), (IV40 to IV99), (PH36 to PH44), (PA20 to PA78), (KA27, KA28), (IM), (JE), and (GY). Check your delivery date using the green ‘Check My Delivery‘ box on the product page.
For stock mirrors, delivery is via Fragilistics within 2-8 working days. Smaller mirrors are delivered via DX Express within 2-3 working days. View our area delivery map.
For made-in-London mirrors, delivery is within 2-3 weeks via JBS Midland or DHL.
Free Returns Policy
We hope you are delighted with your mirror. However, if it is not suitable, we offer a free return on your first item.
To arrange a return, please email sales@sorayainteriors.co.uk within 5 days of delivery, including an image of the mirror in its original packaging. We will organise collection and issue a refund once the item has been received.
- After 5 days a £25 handling fee per mirror will apply
- Any additional returned mirrors (beyond the first item) will also incur a £25 fee per item
Please note:
- Items must be unused, not installed or hung, and in their original packaging
- Returns are not accepted after 28 days from delivery
- Wall fixings are non-returnable
Damaged or Faulty Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage or faults within 5 days. To report an issue, email sales@sorayainteriors.co.uk with clear images of the damage.
- We will arrange a free collection or exchange
- Refunds will only be issued once the original item has been collected
- We do not offer compensation for damaged items
If damage is reported after 5 days:
- A £25 collection fee will apply
- Claims made after 28 days cannot be accepted
Packaging
All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns received without the original packaging will incur a £25 repackaging fee.
Delayed or Failed Delivery
Please ensure you are available to receive your delivery and that your delivery address, mobile number, and email details are accurate at the time of ordering.
Failed delivery attempts will incur a charge of £25 (Fragilistics) or £50 (JBS). If you would like your order to be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, please inform us in advance; however, this will be at your own risk.
If your property or street has restricted or difficult access, you must notify us ahead of delivery. In cases where parking restrictions apply (e.g. yellow lines), you may be required to assist the driver. Please ensure your mobile number is correct, as this is our primary method of contact.
While we aim to deliver on the scheduled date, delays or failed deliveries may occasionally occur. Although we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience, we cannot be held responsible for delays outside of our control.
Delivery Policy & Drivers Insurance
Due to the terms of our delivery insurance, drivers are only permitted to deliver to the threshold of the property. If a driver agrees to bring an item inside upon request, this is done at their discretion, and we cannot accept responsibility for any resulting damage to your property.
Please note this is a one-person delivery service. For larger mirrors, the driver may require assistance in moving the item from the vehicle to your property.

Delayed Manufacturing
Mirrors manufactured in London may be subject to dispatch delays during peak holiday periods.
- Easter: up to 1-week delay
- Early August: up to 2-week delay
- Christmas: up to 2-week delay
Clearance Mirrors
Mirrors purchased from our clearance collection are non-returnable. Please note that discounts, promotional codes, or coupons cannot be applied to clearance items.
Mirror Size
Please note that due to the handmade nature of some of our mirrors and the natural characteristics of the materials used, all sizes are approximate and may vary slightly by 5mm to 20mm. While we take every care to ensure accuracy, we cannot accept responsibility for any inconvenience caused by these minor variations.
Product Guarantee
You are entitled to request repairs, replacements, or refunds within 6 months of purchase. After 28 days, you will need to provide evidence that the fault was present at the time of delivery.

Goods Shipped Onwards
We are unable to accept returns or process claims for damage on goods that have been moved or shipped to postcodes outside our free delivery areas.
International Orders
We do not export goods outside mainland UK, however we do accept international orders.
Please contact us with your order details and we will confirm stock availability and assist you with payment. Delivery must be to a UK address, and you will be responsible for arranging any export and onward shipping.
All items are dispatched in standard packaging, so you may need to arrange additional protection for international transport. We strongly recommend inspecting goods and reporting any issues before shipping them onward.
We cannot accept returns or process damage claims for items shipped outside mainland UK.

Garden Mirrors
Our garden mirrors are designed for outdoor use and feature a metal frame with real glass. Over time, natural exposure to the elements may cause weathering and the development of a natural patina, which is a normal characteristic of outdoor products.
We recommend securing the mirror properly and taking it down during high winds or severe weather conditions where possible. For installation, we strongly advise using stainless steel screws when hanging mirrors outdoors to ensure durability and safety.

Hanging Your Mirror
We recommend that all mirrors are installed by a qualified professional. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage to the mirror or property during installation or if the mirror falls after being hung.
It is essential that the correct fixings are used for both the mirror and your wall type. We do not recommend using string or wire to hang your mirror. Our mirrors are designed to be hung directly from the attached hanging straps onto suitable wall fixings or screws.
If hanging straps are pre-fitted, please do not assume they are level; each strap should be measured individually before installation. We advise against adjusting or repositioning factory-fitted straps, as this may damage the mirror.
If the mirror is placed against a wall, ensure it is properly secured. For outdoor installation, we strongly recommend using stainless steel screws.
