Free Mainland UK Delivery

Free UK delivery. *Excluded postcodes and areas: Scotland area’s: (KW), (IV4 & IV5), (IV14 to IV28), (IV40 to IV99), (PH36 to PH44), (PA20 to PA78), (KA27 & KA28). Ireland, Northern Ireland, The Isles, Jersey & Guernsey.

One of our specialist delivery companies will deliver your order within 2-8 workings days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Our hand crafted in London mirrors are manufactured and dispatched within approximately 2-8 weeks, depending on the mirror purchased. The lead time for your mirror can be seen on the product page.

We will use your email address to inform you about your delivery. We operate a one-man delivery service. Due to the nature of the insurance policy, the drivers are only permitted to carry out ground floor deliveries. For large items, the driver will require assistance. On the rare occasion that your order is delayed or fails to be delivered on the expected day, although we apologise, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused, nor can we offer any compensation.

Free Returns Policy

Free UK returns. In the unlikely event your order is not suitable, please email us at soraya@sorayainteriors.co.uk with your request for a collection, and provide you name, order number and delivery postcode. We offer a free returns policy, arranged by Soraya Interiors with a full refund, but the following conditions must be adhered to. You must email us with your request within 5 days (Mon-Sun). Otherwise there will be a collection charge of £25 or £50 charge (dependent on the delivery company used), this will deducted from your refund. For all returns, the original packaging must be used, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a £25 repacking fee. IMPORTANT: After 28 days we are unable to collect your order for any reason. We are not able to resolve any issues, once goods have been shipped onwards or outside of our free delivery/return areas.


If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will exchange your goods at no cost to yourselves. You must fully expose and check your order and report damages or faults within 5 days. Please email us at soraya@sorayainteriors.co.uk and provide photographic evidence along with your order number. Failure to contact us within 5 days (Mon-Sun) will incur a collection/exchange charge of £25. For all returns, the original packaging must be used, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a £25 repacking fee. IMPORTANT: After 28 days we are unable to exchange or resolve any damages or faults for any reason.

Failed Delivery

Failed delivery will incur a £25 or £50 charge (dependent on the delivery company used). This will need to be paid before a re-delivery. If you choose to cancel or return your order after a failed delivery, the charge will be deducted from your refund. Delivery will be to the shipping address given on the order. It is our customers responsibility to be available to receive the order, to provide the correct delivery address, mobile number and email address. Failure to do so, may result in a failed delivery at no fault to Soraya Interiors. Alternatively, at your own risk you may inform us or leave a note on your doorstep requesting that your delivery is left in a safe place.

Mirror Size

Mirror sizes may differ slightly and measure a few mm or cm smaller or larger, although we apologise, we cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Payment and Offers

Soraya Interiors requires payment in full when placing an order. Checkout with any major credit or debit card. We are happy to take payment over the phone, although there is a limit on the amount. Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons or offers. All coupons have an expiry date, please enquire for further details.

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and include your order number, full name and delivery postcode. Please allow a few days for your refund to show. If you cancel your order once your goods have been dispatched, and this results in a failed delivery, you will be charged £25.

Privacy Policy

As a valued Soraya Interiors customer, information you share with us is totally confidential. We do not have access to or store payments details. We will not share customer details with any 3rd parties not connected to your order and delivery. Your personal data will only be used to process your order, deliver your goods and request a review.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart. They are also used after you have logged in as part of the buying process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to ‘Tools>Internet Options>Privacy’ and selecting to block cookies. If you turn off cookies, you will be unable to place orders or benefit from the other features that use cookies. Data collected by this site is used to:

  1. Take and fulfil customer orders
    b. Administer and enhance the site and service
    c. Disclose address information to our courier for delivery of goods

Reviewing Your Purchase

After you order is complete, will may send you a request to review your purchase or the service you received. Our customers are welcome to attach an image of their new purchase. This may be used to promote Soraya Interiors online and across social media.

Garden Mirrors

Our garden mirrors are designed for outside use. Each garden mirror features a metal frame with real glass. Due to exposure to the elements, in time, a garden mirror will patina and weather. Mirrors can not be returned for weathering.

Hand Crafted in London Mirrors

During summer (July/August) and the Christmas period, (November/December), the lead times for our London manufactured mirrors may increase.

Bespoke Made Mirrors

Bespoke made to measure orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. If you decide to cancel a bespoke order before delivery, we will reserve a 50% surcharge.

Returning Wall Fixings

If you have received our free wall fixings and yet your mirror is returned, you can keep the wall fixings. If you have purchased our GripIt Fixings, you will be refunded for these once you have returned them to us. The return must be arranged by yourself. Alternatively, you are welcome to keep them and the amount paid will be deducted from your mirror refund.

Hanging Your Mirror

We advise getting professional help to hang your mirror. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to the mirror or your property while you or a professional, attaches the hanging straps or hangs your mirror. This applies to whether the wall fixings have been supplied by us or purchased yourself. Our complimentary wall fixings are available with a mirror purchase.

Where mirror hanging straps are already attached, do not assume they are fixed at the same height. Before hanging your mirror, please measure each hanging straps separately and use each measurement. Please be sure you are using the correct fixings for your mirror and wall type. This is your responsibility. We do not recommend the use of string or wire to hang your mirror. If you choose to position your home or garden mirror against a wall, it is your responsibility to make sure this is secure. If an accident was to occur, Soraya Interiors cannot be held responsible.
