We aim to deliver our stock mirrors within 2-8 working days (Monday – Friday), subject to mirror availability. Within 24 hours, we will email you your expected delivery day.
Our manufactured in Britain mirrors are made and dispatched within approximately 2-8 weeks depending on the mirror purchased. The lead time for your mirror can be seen on the product page. During summer (July/August) and at Christmas time (November/December), the our lead times for our British manufactured mirrors may increase.
A failed delivery will incur a charge of £25. This will need to be paid before a re-delivery. If you choose to cancel your order after a failed delivery, we will deduct £25 from your refund. Delivery will be to the shipping address given on the order. It is our customers responsibility to be available to receive your order, to provide the correct delivery address, mobile number and email address. Failure to do so, may result in a failed delivery at no fault to Soraya Interiors.
At your own risk, we are happy to leave your delivery in a safe place or with a neighbour who lives close by. If this option is for you, please inform us on your order, under the section ‘customer notes’. Or simply email us after your order has been placed.
We use a specialist delivery company called Fragilistics to deliver most of our mirrors. Prior to your order being dispatched we will inform you on which day you can expect your order to arrive. On the day of delivery we aim to provide you with an estimated time slot. We operate a one-man delivery service. For large items, the driver will require assistance. Please note, due to the nature of the insurance policy, the drivers are only permitted to carry out ground floor deliveries.
At times we may be unable to deliver your mirror when stated. This may be due to a technical fault, vehicle breakdown or lack of stock because of a ‘system stock-take failure’. This is where we have unknowingly over sold a product before the system has informed us. We try our best to prevent this from happening but on the rare occasion this does happen and your mirror fails to be delivered on the expected day, although we apologise, we can not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.
Free Returns Policy
We offer free mainland UK returns within 14 days. After 14 days you can return or exchange up to 28 days but at a charge of £25. For free returns with a full refund, the following conditions must be adhered to. For all returns, the original packaging must be used. Failure have have the original packaging will incur a £25 repackage charge. Failure to contact us within 14 days will incur a collection charge of £25. We may require that you take images of the mirror. Once the goods have been received, we will process a full refund immediately, if the original packaging has been used and you have contacted us within 14 days. If charges need to be applied, will be deducted these from your refund. After 28 days we will be unable to resolve any issues.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 14 days and report this along with photographic evidence. This will speed up the process to arrange an exchange. For all returns, the original packaging must be used. Failure have have the original packaging will incur a £25 repackage charge. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Failure to contact us within 14 days will incur a collection charge of £25. We can not be held responsible if the mirror is damaged once it has been delivered. You have up to 28 days to report any issues after which we will be unable to resolve any issues.
Goods Shipped Onwards
If goods have been purchased to be sent overseas or to an area that we do not deliver to, it’s important the goods are checked and damages reported before goods are shipped onwards. We are unable to resolve any issues once goods have left the country or our free delivery areas.
We provide the external measurements of each mirror at the widest and highest points. Our sizes may differ slightly and measure a few mm or cm smaller or larger. We highly recommend you measure the space where you wish to hang the mirror before you purchase. Please ensure you can manoeuvre the mirror into place, especially if it is to be hung upstairs.
Soraya Interiors requires payment in full when placing an order. Checkout with any major credit or debit card. We are happy to take payment over the phone although we are limited to the order amount.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible and include your order number, full name and the postcode that was used to place the order. Please allow a few days for your refund to show.
As a valued Soraya Interiors customer, information you share with us is totally confidential. We do not have access to or store payments details. We will not share customer details with any 3rd parties not connected to your order and delivery. Your personal data will only be used to process your order, deliver your goods and request a review.

Our garden mirrors are designed for outside use. Each garden mirror features a metal frame with real glass. Due to exposure to the elements, in time, your garden mirror will patina and weather.
All our garden mirrors have between 1-3 keyhole hooks welded onto the back. All garden are suitable to be hung from any solid wall, fence or shed. Although we suggest that you make sure that the hanging surface is sturdy. If you choose to position the mirror against a wall, it is our customers responsibility to make sure this is secure. If an accident was to occur, Soraya Interiors cannot be held responsible.
Manufactured in Britain Mirrors
A wide collection of our mirrors are manufactured here in Britain. These are made to order to the measurements you selected. There is a lead time with these mirrors, and this can be seen on the product page of the mirror you are purchasing. During summer (July/August) and at Christmas time (November/December) our lead times for our British manufactured mirrors may increase.
Bespoke Made Mirrors
Some of our manufactured in Britain mirrors can be bespoke made. These will be made and delivered within approximately 4-8 weeks depending on the mirror. Bespoke made to measure orders cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty. If you decide to cancel a bespoke order before delivery, we will reserve a 25% surcharge. During summer (July/August) and at Christmas time (November/December) our lead times for our British manufactured mirrors may increase.
Prices, Sales & Discounts
All prices are correct at time of ordering. If the price alters, you will only be charged the amount at the time of your order being placed. At times we run sales, which allow you a discount of the overall price. We may run this as a sale where the discount is already applied or with the use of an applied discount code. Our customer is responsible for applying the discount coupon at the shopping cart or checkout. When discount codes are applied, the percentage discounted will be to the nearest higher pound. You may only use ONE discount code per transaction. If we run a sale where the price is already reduced alongside a discount code to be applied, both may be used.
We reserve the right to run varying discount campaigns throughout the year, thus, prices stand as seen at the time of offer. Previous discounts or offers do not apply. You may purchase a product from us but at a later date the price may be less or more expensive according to the market conditions. We reserve the right to make these changes and stick to them.
Returning Wall Fixings
If you have received our free wall fixings and yet your mirror is returned, you can keep the wall fixings. If you have purchased our GripIt Fixings, you will be refunded for these once you have returned them to us. The return must be arranged by yourself. Alternatively, you are welcome to keep them and the amount paid will be deducted from your mirror refund.
Hanging Your Mirror
We advise getting professional help to hang your mirror. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to the mirror or your property while you or a professional carries out this task or if you experience problems at a later stage. This applies to either attaching the mirror hanging straps when needed or hanging your mirror with the wall fixings supplied by us or purchased yourself. Where mirror hanging straps are already attached, do not assume they are fixed at the same height. Before hanging your mirror, please measure both mirror hanging straps and use each measurement. Please be sure you are using the correct fixings for your mirror and wall type. This is your responsibility.
