Free UK Delivery

Free mainland UK delivery. We are only able to deliver to mainland UK. Excluding postcodes: (BT), (KW), (IV4, IV6), (IV14 to IV28), (IV40 to IV99), (PH36 to PH44), (PA20 to PA78), (KA27, KA28) (JE) & (GY). Verify your delivery day by utilizing the green ‘Check My Delivery‘ box located on the product page.

Stock mirrors: Delivered via Fragilistics within 2-8 working days. View our area delivery map. Smaller mirrors are delivered within 2-3 working days via APC.

Made in London mirrors: Manufactured and dispatched within 2-3 weeks via JBS Midland or DHL. There will be a slight delay in dispatching mirrors manufactured in London over bank holidays and during the holiday season.

Free Returns Policy

In the unlikely event your mirror is not suitable offer free first returns. We will arrange a collection or an exchange (whichever you prefer). Simply notify us within 5 days at and include an image of the package mirror. After 5 days there will be a handling charge of £35. The mirror must not have been hung. The original packaging must be used. After 28 days we are not be able to collect unwanted goods. For subsequent returns after free first returns, there will be a handling charge of £35. Most returns are due to sizing, we recommend you measure up before making your purchase to ensure the right fit. Wall fixings are non-returnable.


Fully expose and check your order and report damages or faults within 5 days. Please provide photographic evidence and email us at Do not dispose of the goods yourself. We will arrange an exchange or the collection free of charge. Refunds can only be issued if the original goods are retrieved. We do not offer compensation for goods delivered damaged. The original packaging must be used. If you inform us after 5 days, there will be a collection charge of £35. After 28 days we will not be able to collect damaged or faulty goods.


For all returns, the original packaging must be used, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a £35 repacking fee.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

Please be available to receive the order. Check you have provided the correct delivery address, mobile number and email address. A failed delivery with Fragilistics will incur a £35 charge. A failed delivery with JBS will incur a £50 charge. At your own risk, you may inform us or leave a note for the delivery company to see, requesting that your delivery is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

You must inform us if the property or street is not accessible for the delivery van. If the driver needs to park on yellow lines, we will require your assistance. Ensure your mobile number is correct, as we will rely on it for contact. For example: City area’s with yellow lines and no entry roads.

On the rare occasion your delivery is delayed or fails to be delivered on the expected day, although we apologise, we can not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Drivers Insurance

Due to the nature of the insurance, drivers are only permitted to carry out deliveries to the threshold of the premises. If the driver is requested to take the item inside your property, and is happy to do so, we will accept no liability for any damage caused.

Payment and Offers

Soraya Interiors requires payment in full when placing an order. Checkout with any major credit or debit card. We are happy to take payment over the phone. However, we have the right to refuse payment. Discounts can not be used in conjunction with other offers. 

Cancel Order

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. If you cancel your order once goods have been dispatched and this results in a failed delivery, you will be charged our failed delivery fee.

Delayed Manufacturing

There will be a delay in dispatching mirrors manufactured in London during the following holiday seasons: Easter: 1 week delay, Summer: (Early August) 2 weeks delay & Christmas: 2 weeks delay. This is due to factory shut down.


Product sizes may differ slightly, although we apologise, we can not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Product Guarantee

The time period for repair, replacement and refunds relating to your product(s) is 6 months. However, after 28 days you will need to show there was a manufacturers fault at the time of delivery.

Privacy Policy

Information you share with Soraya Interiors is confidential. See our Privacy policy. We will not share customer details with any 3rd party not connected to your order and delivery. Your personal data will only be used to process your order, deliver your goods and request a review. Cookies are used on our site to assist you with your shopping experience and analyse our traffic.

Goods Shipped Onwards

We can not accept returns or resolve damages with goods delivered onto postcodes outside of our free delivery areas.

International Orders 

We have a system set up for receiving overseas orders and payment. Please reach out to us with your required order. We will check stock availability and then talk you through the payment.

We are not setup to export goods out of the mainland UK. However, we do accept international orders with delivery to a mainland UK address. The packaging and export of such goods would need to be arranged by you as the customer. We recommend the goods are checked and issues reported before there onwards journey. We can not accept returns or resolve damages with goods shipped outside of the mainland UK.

You are welcome to attach an image. This may be used to promote Soraya Interiors online and across social media.

Garden Mirrors

Our garden mirrors are designed for outside use. Each mirror features a metal frame and frost protected glass. Due to exposure to the elements, your mirror will patina and weather. You may wish to secure your mirror or take it down when the weather is windy.

Hanging Your Mirror

We advise getting professional help to hang your mirror. We cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred to the mirror or your property while you or a professional, attaches the hanging straps, hangs your mirror or if your mirror falls down. Please be sure you are using the correct fixings for your mirror and wall type. We do not recommend the use of string or wire to hang your mirror.

Where mirror hanging straps are already attached, do not assume they are fixed at the same height. Before hanging your mirror, please measure each hanging strap separately and use each measurement. We do not recommend repositioning the factory fitted hanging straps, this can make the mirror bow. If you choose to position your home or garden mirror against a wall, please make sure this is secure.
