Free UK Delivery

We can only deliver to mainland UK. Delivery is free, however, we cannot deliver to the following postcodes: (BT), (KW), (IV4, IV6), (IV14 to IV28), (IV40 to IV99), (PH36 to PH44), (PA20 to PA78), (KA27, KA28), (JE), and (GY). Check your delivery date using the green ‘Check My Delivery‘ box on the product page.

For stock mirrors, delivery is via Fragilistics within 2-8 working days. Smaller mirrors are delivered via APC in 2-3 working days. View our area delivery map.

For made-in-London mirrors, delivery is within 2-3 weeks via JBS Midland or DHL.

Free Returns Policy

In the unlikely event your mirror is not suitable we offer free first returns. Simply email us at sales@sorayainteriors.co.uk within 5 days of delivery and include an image of the packaged mirror. We will arrange the collection and will refund once collected.

After 5 days, a £35 handling fee applies. The mirror must be unused, in its original packaging, and not hung. After 28 days, we can’t accept returns. Wall fixings are non-returnable.

Damages

Check your order fully and report any damage or faults within 5 days. Email us at sales@sorayainteriors.co.uk and include images of the damaged mirror.

Keep the goods and packaging—we’ll arrange a free exchange or collection. Refunds are only possible once we have collected the original item. We don’t offer compensation for damaged goods.

If you report damage after 5 days, a £35 collection fee applies. After 28 days, we can’t accept returns for damaged or faulty items.

Packaging

All returns must be in the original packaging, otherwise, a £35 repacking fee may apply.

Delayed or Failed Delivery

Make sure you’re available to receive your order and check that your delivery address, mobile number, and email are correct.

Failed deliveries will incur a charge: £35 with Fragilistics and £50 with JBS. If you want your order left in a safe place or with a neighbor, let us know, but this is at your own risk.

If your property or street is hard to access, inform us in advance. If parking on yellow lines is needed, you may need to assist the driver. Ensure your mobile number is correct, as it’s our main contact method.

On the rare occasion your delivery is delayed or fails to be delivered on the expected day, although we apologise, we can not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused.

Drivers Insurance

Drivers can only deliver to the threshold of the premises due to insurance rules. If you ask them to bring the item inside and they agree, we are not responsible for any damage.

Cancel Order

To cancel your order, email us as soon as possible. If the order has already been dispatched and can’t be delivered, a failed delivery fee will apply.

Delayed Manufacturing

Mirrors made in London will have dispatch delays during the holiday seasons.

  • Easter: 1-week delay
  • Summer (early August): 2-week delay
  • Christmas: 2-week delay

Clearance Mirror Orders

Mirrors purchased from our clearance collection are non-returnable. No discounts or coupons can be applied to these orders. 

Sizes

Sizes may vary slightly (between 5mm to 20mm). We apologise but cannot be responsible for any inconvenience.

Product Guarantee

You have 6 months for repairs, replacements, or refunds. After 28 days, you must prove the fault was present at delivery.

Privacy Policy

Your information with Soraya Interiors is private. We won’t share your details with anyone not involved in your order or delivery. We only use your personal data to process your order, deliver your items, and ask for feedback. Our site uses cookies to improve your shopping experience and track traffic. Privacy policy.

Goods Shipped Onwards

We cannot accept returns or handle damages for goods shipped onto postcodes outside our free delivery areas.

International Orders

We do not export goods outside mainland UK, but we do accept international orders. Please contact us with your order, we will check stock availability and guide you through payment.

Delivery must be to a UK address. You will need to arrange the export yourself. Extra packaging may be required. We recommend checking the goods and reporting any issues before shipping. We can not accept returns or handle damages for items sent outside mainland UK. VAT is not refunded on international orders.

All Soraya Interiors reviews are 100% genuine and written by our customers. After your order, we may ask you to review your purchase or service. You can also include an image, which may be used to promote Soraya Interiors online and on social media.

Garden Mirrors

Our garden mirrors are made for outdoor use, with a metal frame and real glass. Over time, they will naturally weather and develop a patina due to the elements. You may want to secure the mirror or take it down in windy weather. Read our blog: Can outdoor mirrors stay in your garden all year? 

Hanging Your Mirror

We recommend getting professional help to hang your mirror. We are not responsible for any damage to the mirror or your property while hanging it or if it falls. Be sure to use the correct fixings for your mirror and wall type. We don’t suggest using string or wire to hang your mirror.

If hanging straps are already attached, don’t assume they’re at the same height. Measure each strap separately before hanging. We don’t recommend moving the factory-fitted straps, as this could damage the mirror. If you place your mirror against a wall, make sure it’s secure.
