FREE Mainland UK Delivery
Delivery to mainland UK is FREE*. We aim to deliver all mirrors on a weekday within 3-7 working days, subject to mirror availability. Our British ‘Made To order’ mirrors are made and dispatched within 2-3 weeks. London deliveries take place on a Wednesday and Saturday. Most of our mirrors are delivered by a specialist glass/mirror delivery company.
(*Scotland Delivery) The Highland postcodes: (IV), (KW) and the West part of Scotland, part of the postcodes: (DG), (KA), (G), (PA) and (PH) are excluded from free delivery. If you are unsure, please contact us before placing your order. In many cases we are able to arrange delivery to the Highlands and the above west Scotland postcodes but this will incur an additional charge of around £50.
All deliveries will be to the shipping address given on the order. Prior to your order being dispatched we will inform you on which day you can expect your order to arrive. On the day of delivery we aim to provide you with an estimated time slot. We recommend that someone is available at the shipping address to receive the order. We use your mobile number collected on checkout to inform you 1 hour before your order is due to be delivered.

We use a specialist mirror delivery company called Fragilistics to deliver most of our mirrors. In the unlikely event that your mirror arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We are happy to exchange or fully refund you as long as you have the original packaging. We may require that you take photographic evidence.
FREE Mainland UK Returns and Returns Policy
We are confident you will love your mirror purchased from Soraya Interiors. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your mirror, we offer a free returns policy to standard free delivery customers. It is important that you have the original packaging. We are happy to exchange the mirror for a more suitable one or refund you 100% of the cost you paid. Please contact us as soon as possible and we will make arrangements for the collection. We may require that you take images of the mirror.
For customers paying an additional delivery charge, we are unable to offer free returns. After discussing this with us, you are welcome to arrange the return yourself. Once the goods have been received and checked, we can offer you a full refund but not including the additional delivery charge.

Payment & Credit Card Security
Soraya Interiors requires payment in full when placing an order. Our online payment gateway provider is with PayPal. A PayPal account is not required. Checkout with any major credit / debit card as a guest or through your PayPal account. We are also set up to take payment over the phone.

Goods Ownership and Damages
All goods ordered remain the property of Soraya Interiors until payment has been accepted and delivery has been signed for. Once goods are signed for they become the responsibility of the customer. Please check goods on delivery. If the goods are damaged on delivery, you may return it to the driver or else please report damages to us within 48 hours.
Prices, Sales & Discounts
All prices are correct at time of ordering. If the price alters, you will only be charged the amount at the time of your order being placed. At times we run sales, which allow you to a discount of the overall price. We may run this as a sale where the discount is already applied or by the use of an applied discount code. You as the customer are responsible for apply the discount code at checkout. This is done in the ‘APPLY CODE’ section at the shopping cart before finale checkout. When discount codes are applied, the percentage discounted will be to the nearest higer pound. You may only use ONE discount code per transtaction. If we run a sale along side a discount code to be applied, both may be used.

Hanging Your Mirror
All wall hanging mirrors are delivered ready to be hang with hanging straps attached. Most mirrors can be hung in both landscape or portrait positions. For Plasterboard walls we stock and sell Plasterboard GripIt Wall Fixings. For solid masonry walls we sell Solid Masonry Wall Fixings. To assist you in hanging your wall mirror, we provide an in depth worksheet on ‘how to hang a wall mirror’, using a variety of materials on a number of different wall surfaces. Hanging the mirror is the responsibility of our customer. We can not be held responsible for any damage incurred to the mirror or your property while you carry out this task.
