FREE UK Delivery
Our standard delivery times within mainland UK:
○ We aim to deliver your mirror on a weekday within 7 days, subject to mirror availability. We use a specialist mirror delivery company to ensure your mirror arrives safely.
Unfortunately, we can not deliver to non mainland UK areas which include: UK Islands, the Highlands & Ireland.
All deliveries will be to the address given on the order. We will use your email address and mobile number to keep you up to date with your delivery details. Prior to your ordering being dispatched we will inform you of the day your delivery will arrive. At your own risk, you can leave a note advising where else your delivery can be left on your property.
If your wall mirror arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours. We are happy to exchange or refund you. We may require that you take photographic evidence.
FREE UK Returns
We are confident you will love your wall mirror purchased from Soraya Interiors. However, in the unlikely event you wish to return your mirror, we offer a free returns policy. We are happy to exchange the mirror for a more suitable one or refund you 100% of the cost you paid. Please contact us within 7 days to make arrangements. We may require that you take photographic evidence showing the perfect condition of the mirror before packaged and returned. Once the wall mirror arrives back in the original protective packaging and undamaged we will refund you.

Payment & Credit Card Security
Soraya Interiors requires payment in full via the online check out through PayPal when ordering a mirror. You can pay with any major credit/debit card through PayPal.

Goods Ownership and Breakages/Damage
All goods ordered remain the property of Soraya Interiors until payment has been accepted and delivery has been signed for. Once goods are signed for they become the responsibility of the customer. Please check goods on delivery. If the goods are damaged on delivery, you may return it to the driver or else please report damages to us within 48 hours.
All prices are correct at time of ordering. If the price alters, you will only be charged the amount at time of your order being placed.
Hanging your mirror.
All mirrors come ready to be hung landscape or portrait. Hanging the mirror is your own responsibility. We can not be held responsible for any damage incurred to the mirror or your property while you carry out this task. To assist you we provide an in depth worksheet on ‘how to hang a wall mirror’, using a variety of materials on a number of different wall surfaces.
